Scope of Work
Regular Air Conditioner Maintenance Service
1. Cleaning of:
- Evaporator and Condenser coils
- Drain pan & pipe
- Blower wheels and blades
- Filters
2. Clearing of condensate water drainage systems
3. Checking of:
- All electrical components
- Refrigerant systems
- All other settings
Chemical Airco Cleaning Service
Everything included in the regular maintenance service, plus:
1. Dismantle of the evaporator coil(s)
2. Chemical cleaning of evaporator coil(s)
3. Re-installation of evaporator coil(s)
4. Topping up of refrigerant (gas)

As per normal we offer a cost effective service contract with the hassle free

* Prices only as part of regular cleaning package, minimum amount of fan coils is 3 The following rules of thumb can be used to determine the frequency of your
cleaning:
- Less then 4 hours per day: Half-Yearly
- Between 4 to 12 hours per day: Quarterly
- Between 8 to 16 hours per day: Bi-Monthly
- From 16 to 24 hours per day: Monthly
We recommend to include a chemical cleaning once a year to avoid higher electricity
consumption and lower cooling capacity.
Example of an Airco Cleaning contract:
Your home has four Air conditioner fan coils and you use them mostly 8 hours
and definitely not 24 hours a day, we would suggest you need a Quarterly Service.
You also want to include a Chemical Cleaning once a year in order to make sure
the equipment is in optimal condition and you do not increase the electricity
bill. A Service Contract for one year will be:
- Regular cleaning: $ 384 (4 coils x $ 24.- x 4 times per year)
- Normal chemical cleaning: $ 220 (4 coils x $ 55.- x 1 time per year)
- Total year package (regular and chemical cleaning): $ 604 only!
Prices do not include repair works and all spare parts.
