Hollandia Home Services (HHS) is a services company unique in Singapore. Our core activities are around residential areas and industrial buildings. We provide a one-stop-shop approach for ALL your service requirements delivered with a high quality for a very competitive price.

We will introduce you to our unique services we can provide to people who live in black & white houses.

What can HHS do for you?

You live in a unique historical environment in Singapore and you have special requirement in relation to your living environment. At this moment we are proud to say that we service and support 18 proud tenants of Black and White houses in Singapore.

Normally our services are focused on Pest Control, Landscaping and Gardening and Airco Maintenance. But for Black and White houses we also created Black and White bamboo blinds, retractable awnings, Bali style roofs (atop), pool decks or a new terrace and so on. What Hollandia Home Services also does is making sure your garden becomes a more beautiful garden every month, instead of “only” maintaining it.

What does HHS provide?

HHS can provide all these services as one package and that translates into a decent discount. The way we provide our services totally depends on the customer needs. We can provide one-time services and long term services to satisfy the customer.

Just to give you an idea of what HHS normally provides in more detail we would like to present some simple scope of work for some typical services.

Landscaping (Garden Maintenance)
The work includes but is not limited to:
- Grass cutting and Trimming plants
- Sweeping garden & draining system
- Spraying insecticide for the plants
- Fertilize the plants
- General plant pruning

However unique for Black and White houses are our additional services INCLUDED in the normal maintenance. We do simple landscaping in such a way that the garden becomes a whole with the house and your outdoor terrace.

Pest Control
- Fogging the premises (also indoor if required);
- Spiders, Ants and Cockroaches;
- Snakes and snake prevention.

For Black and White houses we give additional attention to your unique environment by doing regular checks for mosquito breeding points, special attention to snakes without cutting all your plants!!! Also termites control is high on the list.
